United Fathers For Equal Justice is a non-profit corporation that came about as a result of several family law practitioner's and legal industry professionals' irritation about the prevalent abuse of the court process against men - too many good dads oftentimes received short shrift, didn't get heard, lost their kids and property and had to pay hideous amounts of money for the privilege of this abuse!So, we banded together and created this corporation so we could create a means to educate fathers by obtaining and communicating information to arm fathers who are in the process of dealing with family issues in Divorce, Paternity, Guardianship, Child Support and Domestic Violence courts.It is our hope that through this website, the pamphlets we routinely distribute and through our free speaking engagements, we can forewarn and teach parents how to deal with the bureaucracy that is the court system.We are also a multi-office fathers' rights family law firm practicing primarily in Southern California.
